Enrolment Application: Steps in the Process
The steps in the process of enrolling at Southern Cross Catholic Vocational College are outlined below:
Step 1: Read the Information
Step 2: Complete the included application and preliminary course selection form
It is important that all sections of the application form are completed. A checklist is included on page 11 of the ‘Application for Enrolment’. The ‘Declaration’ on page 12 must also be signed and dated. The Course Selection Form should be submitted along with the Application for Enrolment.
Step 3: Submit the application
Applications need to be forwarded to the following address:

Step 4: Attend an interview
Students who are interested in attending Southern Cross Catholic Vocational College, along with their parents/carers, will need to attend an interview.
The interviews will focus on the student’s
- Interest in attending Southern Cross Catholic Vocational College
- Personal interests and career aspirations
- Understanding of how attending Southern Cross Catholic Vocational College will support his/her career aspirations
- Willingness to support the vision and mission of Southern Cross as a Catholic School.
Step 5: Notify the college of your decision to accept an offer of a place at SCCVC
As soon as possible after the interview has been completed, applicants will receive a letter notifying them of the outcome of the interview. Offer of a place at SCCVC will be made at this time. To accept an offer, a ‘Letter of Acceptance’ will need to be completed and sent to the address nominated above.
Step 6: Attend an orientation
Students who accept an offer of a place at the College will be notified of the date and time of this event in due course.
